TREATMENT INDICATION

Dolquine® coated tablets

Dolquine® film-coated tablets is indicated in adults for:

Treatment of acute or chronic rheumatoid arthritis.
Treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus and chronic discoid.
Prophylaxis and treatment of uncomplicated malaria caused by sensitive plasmodium species, as an alternative to chloroquine (when first-line treatments are not suitable or available).

Dolquine® film-coated tablets indicated in adolescents (12 years of age and older) and in children 9 to 11 years of age of body weight greater than 31 kg for:

Prophylaxis and treatment of uncomplicated malaria caused by sensitive plasmodium species, as an alternative to chloroquine (when first-line treatments are not suitable or available).

Official recommendations regarding the treatment and prevention of malaria should be taken into account.
